This is How You Get Started
We train and support you while we turbocharge billing success!
You Choose:
We perform one full team training for chosen "champions" ~ 15-30 minutes.
We train by diving-in and doing.
We dictate and process actual notes together.
Then, we train each "champion" from each department 1:1, for as little time or for as long as each champion needs.
What Do We Mean By Champions?
The head champion of all chooses one leader from each relevant department to participate in trainings.
1. The Providers
2. HIM or CDI (whoever is reviewing)
3. Final Reviewers, RCM, or 3rd Party Billers
4. Informatics
5. The head project administrator
Each champion becomes our point of contact for needed customizations.
We perform requested customizations at no cost during our onboarding process.
